Preparation of Resource loaded Baseline Master
Schedule in Primavera P6, Creating W.B.S of Civil, Mechanical, Piping,
E&I activities and weightage distribution up to level-4, Defining
activities, associated durations, and their inter relationships while
identifying project key milestones, by going through contract info, project
scope statement and estimated budget documents.

Monthly schedule update based on earned values,
logic, critical path, float degradation, productivity, trend and delay
analysis and informing the project team whenever the schedule does not appear
to meet project objectives.

Preparation of forecast manpower & equipment
requirement plans, 02 and 04 weeks look ahead plans, progress Curves with P6.

Providing weekly & monthly targets to the
project team and monitoring the accomplishments. Liaise, consult and
coordinate with all Engineers and Managers to incorporate relevant
information that will effect in implementation of the project schedule.
